What is Instfy Invest?

It is Instfy's front for investment projects. We do not start with the asset or the money: we start with the right question. We understand the context, the market and the constraints, separate facts from hypotheses, choose the thesis, design the structure (PPP, concession, SPV or private contract) and coordinate execution until the result is measured. It is the same methodology Instfy uses to create, transform, develop and expand businesses.

Instfy is not a financial institution and does not offer securities to the public. Each opportunity is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, with the applicable partners, advisors and authorizations.

What is Instfy Invest?

It is the Instfy division dedicated to infrastructure, PPPs, concessions, major events and segments such as corporate aviation and sports events, combining research and development, data, modeling, structuring and execution.

Is Instfy an investment fund?

No. Instfy is neither a financial institution nor an asset manager, and it does not offer securities to the public. We structure and develop projects and, when it makes sense, connect the opportunity with qualified partners, investors and advisors.
